Vendors, Volunteers & Partnerships

We are HAND SELECTING vendors to better serve the ladies attending as well as to allow each vendor exclusivity in their product and/or service area.

To be considered a vendor, please complete the information below. If accepted, you will be notified via email to confirm your attendance and provide your non-refundable payment via a private link.

It is recommended to register as soon as you receive the link. We can not hold a space for any vendor or guarantee that a particular space will be available. There will only be 6 vendors allowed for the entire event to not overwhelm the attendees.

For $150 you will receive:

  • (1) Event Ticket + Meal
  • Swag Bag
  • Standard 6ft table
  • Standard white tablecloth
  • Exclusivity for maximum brand exposure

Purchase and Submit Your Ad!

There are 3 size ads spaces available to place in the event program booklet. Placement will be done on a first come, first PAID basis,

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The FINAL deadline for ad sponsorship submissions is MARCH 20, 2020.

Thank for your desire to support us by purchasing an ad in our conference program booklet. We have reached the deadline for timely printing. Please keep us in mind for next year!!

Artwork created using Indesign CS5, Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Please make sure to include all fonts and images. All image resolutions must be at least 300 dpi and less than 154MB.

Formats accepted include .jpg, .eps or PDF. We cannot accept files sent in Corel Draw, Wordperfect, Autocad, or Printshop.

All files must be supplied as print ready high resolution files. ALLOW BLEED AREA: 1/8” bleed from final trim crop is necessary for all ads that bleed.
